4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ug778 account credentials, including your username and password. ug778 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat or email.
4.2 You must notify ug778 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ug778 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5.1 All financial transactions on the ug778 platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ug778 accepts the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
5.2 Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ug778 account within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits are generally processed within one (1) banking business day.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. ug778 will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
5.4 ug778 reserves the right to conduct additional verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined where ug778 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms.
5.5 ug778 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. The name on your ug778 account must match the name on the payment method used.

6.2 ug778 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Players who are found to have exploited a bonus in bad faith — including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have all associated bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom forfeited. Their account may also be permanently closed.
6.4 Bonus funds and real funds are held separately within your ug778 account. Real funds are always used prior to bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ug778 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the ug778 platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, images, logos, game interfaces, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to ug778 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ug778 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other right or licence is granted.
9.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the ug778 platform without prior written consent from ug778.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ug778 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of winnings, or loss of profits.
10.2 ug778's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 ug778 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific game sections.
11.1 ug778 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests, once submitted, are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, ug778 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing their account and will not send promotional communications to that Player.

12.2 ug778 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or inability to complete KYC verification. 13.1 ug778 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
13.2 Your continued use of the ug778 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ug778 platform shall first be submitted to ug778's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. ug778 aims to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days.
14.3 Disputes not resolved through ug778's internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR as the competent licensing and regulatory authority for online gaming operations in the Philippines.
